Material Specifications
100% recyclable double-walled or honeycomb cardboard construction with 16mm thickness for strength. Printable surface uses high-quality 170-200gsm poster paper with full-colour digital print. FSC-certified materials ensure sustainable sourcing – fully biodegradable and recyclable at end-of-life.

Size Range & Dimensions

Compact: 600 x 1600mm graphic area; total ~1700 x 700 x 300mm; weight ~2.0kg.

Standard: 750 x 2000mm graphic area; total 2100 x 970 x 300mm; weight 2.4kg.

Large: 850 x 2200mm graphic area; total ~2300 x 1000 x 400mm; weight 4-5kg.

Assembly & Stability
Tool-free setup in 30 seconds: unfold base and slot graphic panel. Stability via 30° angled panel and wide base (925mm on standard model). Folds completely flat with included cardboard carry case (packed weight ~5kg maximum).

Print Guidelines
Minimum 100 DPI resolution at full size (7500 x 20000 pixels for standard). Include 5mm bleed all around with safe area inset. Supply as PDF/X-1a with embedded fonts/outlines in CMYK colour space. Proofs available on request.

Usage & Recycling
Indoor use only – not water-resistant. Single or double-sided printing available across all sizes. For recycling, fully disassemble and place all cardboard components in standard recycling bins.
