Follow these 3 simple steps to get your order into production.

Check your file

  • Use high-quality images: If it looks blurry on your screen, it will likely look blurry when printed large.
  • Convert text: Please "Outline" your fonts so they stay exactly as you designed them.
  • Save as PDF: This is the most reliable format for high-quality display printing.

Use the Portal

Important: Please include your Order Number in the notes so we can match the files to your purchase!

Our production team will be notified as soon as your upload is complete.

Step 03: Human Expert Review

Once received, our studio team will manually check your files for quality. We will then email you a digital proof for your final "thumbs up" before we proceed to print.

Common Questions

What if I don't have my artwork ready yet?

No problem! You can finish your order now and come back to this page to upload later. We start production once your files are approved.

How do I know if my file is okay?

Our studio team reviews every file. If we spot an issue with resolution or setup, we will contact you personally to help fix it before anything is printed.

I have multiple files for one order?

Simply drag and drop all your files into the portal at the same time. You can add notes to let us know which design is for which product.

When will I get my proof?

Usually within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Our team will send you a notification as soon as your proof is ready for review.
