At Xpo Displays, we’re committed to ensuring our customers always receive the best value. Our Price Match Guarantee reflects this commitment by offering to match any genuine online price for the exact same product – plus, we’ll give you an extra 10% of the price difference as a discount.

How Our Price Match Works

Eligibility:

• Applies to identical products (same model, specification, colour, size, and condition).
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate order with both us and the competitor.
• The competitor must be a UK-based, VAT-registered retailer, selling directly to the general public in GBP.
• Excludes third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites, private sellers or retailers based outside the UK.

How to Claim:

• Contact our customer service team with a valid link clearly showing the competitor’s current price and product availability.
• Our team will verify the details and confirm eligibility within one working day.
• Once confirmed, we’ll match the competitor’s price and reduce it further by an additional 10% of the price difference.

Exclusions:

• Clearance, trade-only, bulk-buy/pricing errors, bundle/package offers, finance offers, loyalty/member pricing, or codes not available to all.
• Products part of multi-buy, cashback, or promotional deals not available to the general public.
• Claims where the competitor is out of stock, or the price is no longer available at the time of verification.
• Discontinued lines, seconds, or refurbished/used items.

Important Information

• All price match requests must be made prior to purchase from Xpo Displays.
• The additional 10% discount applies only to the price difference, not the total sale value.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match request if the competitor’s offer does not meet our verification criteria.
• We may request further information or evidence as needed to authenticate any claim.

Legal and Honest Practice

• We operate our Price Match Guarantee in line with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and other relevant UK laws, ensuring transparency and fairness in all price-related communications.
• Misleading or fraudulent claims will not be honoured and may result in exclusion from future participation in this scheme.
